We offer a pole fitness and stretch classes in an 8-week term. Adults, children, male, female, trans are all welcome.
Pole is the funnest way to get fit there is! We start with a warm up and stretch, move on to some conditioning exercises to increase our strength then spend the body of the class learning new tricks. The class ends with some deeper stretching now that our muscles are at their warmest and most pliable.
Our pole classes progress you though five levels from Beginners to Advanced. Your instructor will guide you as to when you are ready to graduate to the next level.
Our 8 week term is $160 upfront
or $24 per week on direct debit for our 1h pole classes.

We run trial classes throughout the year for those who are not ready to commit to a whole term. Contact us for more information.
Choose from Flex or Yoga to complement your pole training or as stand alone classes.
This is a contortion class- you'll work hard and you'll feel the rewards from Week 1. For this reason, we encourage taking progress pictures for each of the core stretches.
After the warm-up, you will move on to deeply stretch the major and minor muscle groups of the body. Each term focuses on a different pole-related goal (as voted by the class) but will also benefit non-polers who want a deep stretch.
Power Yoga, like all yoga styles will strengthen your body, whilst stretching it at the same time. The difference is that Power Yoga makes no attempt to hide the strengthening side of the practise and it is designed specifically for western bodies and lifestyles. This is what makes it a perfect match for pole dancers and non-polers alike.
We warm up with sun salutations, follow this with some strengthening and balancing poses, inversions, core work and finally a relaxation sequence at the end.
Suitable for Beginners to Advanced yogis- Variations given.
High Impact Interval Training exercises have been modified to make them safer and incorporated into a normal power yoga class.
After we warm up and do our strengthening yoga poses, will will do 1-4 HIIT blocks and follow these with our stretching and relaxation poses.
The gentlest of the yoga styles at Wagga Pole Studio but still with Jen's fun and irreverant teaching style. The focus is on easing into the stretch and while the strengthening is still there, but is much more subtle.
Perfect to de-stress you after a long day's work or to prepare your body for more advanced pole tricks.
All of our strething classes are only $80 per term, $15 casual.
General Fitness Classes
Want a tighter, firmer butt? Want to improve your upper body strength for pole or for life? Do you desire 6-pack abs? Or maybe you have more holistic reasons like improving your posture, balance, fitness levels or injury prevention? Whatever the reason, we’ll help you achieve your goals in our fun, friendly atmosphere.
POLE Fitness is a series of exercises using our dance poles so it's great for polers and non-polers alike! The class is tailored to students' fitness levels, goals and abilities.

Little Spinners' Vertical Gymnastic
A fun class for all girls and boys and helps in every day life skills by teaching co-ordination, listening skills and social interaction. Your child will gain strength and flexibility through the use of aerial skills, gymnastics and acrobatics appropriate to their age.
$100 annual registration fee** +
7-9 yrs $65 per term
10-12 yrs $85 per term
13-14 yrs $105 per term
15-16 yrs $125 per term
17 yrs $145 per term.

**Children who are still at school are eligible to apply for a voucher from the NSW Government which can be used for their registration fee. In 2018, students can claim their vouchers from 31st January; from 2019, vouchers can be claimed from 1st January. Vouchers can be claimed online at Service NSW. Should you choose to use your voucher for another activity, you will be required to pay the registration fee to Wagga Pole Studio by cash or EFTPOS.
Note: we do not offer refunds; make-up classes must be completed within the term unless a medical certificate is presented. Wagga Pole Studio staff and owners reserve the right to grant or decline refunds/make-up classes at their discretion.
